In order to return merchandise, you must obtain an RMA number from our customer service department by calling us or sending us an email.
You may return any unopened merchandise (except skin and haircare items) in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip within 30 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund less shipping and any gift wrapping charges.
Any shipping costs you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded.
Shipping costs are non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error.
We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on skincare or haircare items due to health reasons, so we encourage you to make your selections carefully.
